Ya estamos navegando!! Las tormentas de viento que azotaban Punta Arenas han dado un respiro que nos permitió zarpar rumbo al Monte Sarmiento surcando las aguas del Estrecho de Magallanes. Mañana esperamos desembarcar a los pies de la montaña y comenzar a trabajar para mover las cargas necesarias para montar un campamento alto desde el cual intentar la cima.

We are sailing. The wind storms that have been blowing over Punta Arenas have taken a break allowing us to sail away towards Mount Sarmiento trough the waters of the Magellan Strait. We expect to arrive to the foot of the mountain tomorrow to start carrying load to set a high camp, where we will wait for the conditions to attempt the climb.
